If you decide to enter into therapy, I also collect:

• GP and emergency contact details

• Brief clinical notes relevant to our work

• Provide psychotherapeutic services

• Meet legal, ethical and professional obligations

How your data is stored

• Clinical records are stored securely using GDPR-compliant systems

• Records are kept for 7 years after the end of therapy and then securely destroyed or deleted

Your rights

You have a right to:

• Access your personal data

• Request corrections

• Request restriction or deletion where appropriate

Requests will be responded to within 30 days

Complaints

If you have a concern about the handling of your data, please contact me in the first instance at sally@newtherapycentre.co.ukI will respond within 30 days and aim provide an outcome without undue delay.
